Paul first visited Phillipi on his second missionary Journey.  He had a very interesting stay, meeting Lydia, starting up a church, driving out an evil spirit, beaten up and thrown in prison, freed by God through an earthquake and bringing the Jailer to faith in Christ.  Read all about it in Acts 16.
When Paul reached Athens he found the city was full of idols to the Greek gods.  He went to the Aerpagus and preached that there was only one true God and that they must repent and follow the Lord.  Acts 17v16-34
Guided by the Holy Spirit, Paul and Barnabas began their first missionary journey in Cyprus.  They met a false prophet who was stopping people hearing the word of God, find out what happened to him in Acts 13v4-12.
Paul wrote a letter to the church in Colossae, but the bible does not tell us of any visit there.  Even though he didn't know them personally he cared for them greatly and they were always in his prayers.  Colossians 1v9&10
There is no record of Paul visiting the Island of Patmos.  It was John who wrote the book of Revelation while on the island called Patmos.  Revelation 1v9
Paul visited Jerusalem on many occasions.  Once he was warned against going there, but he still went ahead because he was prepared to die for his Lord Jesus.  Acts 21v7-17
Spain was a place which Paul planned to visit, but we have no record of him getting there.  Romans 15v24
Paul did not plan on going to Malta, but on his way to Rome a great storm shipwrecked them on the island.  The dramatic story is in Acts chapter 27.
Philadelphia was one of the churches that John sent his revelation to Revelation 3v7.  These is no record of Paul visiting there, even though he travelled through the area more than once.
Paul lived in Corinth for a considerable time Acts 18v18 working as a tentmaker with a man called Aquila.  Acts 18v1-4
When Paul arrived in Ephesus he found a small group of believers who had not heard of the Holy Spirit.  He laid hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit.  They soon went on to have a dramatic effect on the whole city.  Acts 19v1-20
Paul (before he changed his name from Saul) was on the road to Damascus to persecute the Christians there, when Jesus appeared to him and Paul became a believer. Acts 9v1-22
There is no record of Paul visiting the town that Jesus came from.
Paul was on a ship which tried to sail a short distance up the cost of Crete from Fair Havens to Phoenix.  But it was winter and a storm took them hundreds of miles of course so they never made it to Phoenix.  Acts 27v12-14
It was the church in Antioch that blessed Paul and sent him on his missionary journeys.  Acts 13v1-3
Paul talked of visiting the church in Rome, but in the end he was taken there as a prisoner to be tried before the emperor. Acts 28v16
