Aaron was the elder brother of Moses and was born when the Israelites were in Egypt.  Moses was not good at speaking, so Aaron spoke for him to the Egyptian Pharaoh.  He was appointed as the first High Priest of Israel after they escaped slavery in Egypt. Exodus Chapter 28
Melchizedek was a king and priest of God most high at Salem (which became Jerusalem).  He met Abraham and blessed him after a battle. Genesis 14v18-20
Nicodemus was a Pharisee who met with Jesus.  After Jesus' crucification Nicodemus brought a mixture of Myrrh and Aloes to prepare his body for burial.  But his first meeting with Jesus produced the most of Jesus' quotes—see if you can find it in John Chapter 3
Esau was Jacobs twin brother - he wasn't a priest.
Herod was King of the Jews.  To increase his power he got rid of most of the priests and when he heard of Jesus' birth (the new King of the Jews) he had all the boys in the area around Bethlehem 2 years old and under killed to make sure that he wouldn't lose his throne.  Matthew Chapter 2
Ithamar was the priest who managed the building of the tabernacle—the place where the Israelites worshiped God.  Exodus 28v21
Caiaphas was the High Priest at Jesus' trial.  John 18v12-24
Jesus is our high priest.  Hebrews 4v14-16
Saul was the first King of Israel.  But he lost his crown because he offered sacrifices to God, this was the role of a prophet or a priest.  1Samuel 13v7-14
Daniel was a prophet, not a priest.
Zodak was a priest at the time of David.  He was in charge of the Ark of the Covenant.  2Samuel 15v24-29

Annaias was the high priest in charge of the trial of the apostle Paul in Jerusalem.  Acts 23v1-11

Ahimelech help David when he was hiding from Saul.  He gave David the sacred bread and also the sword of Goliath.  The story is told in 1Samuel cahpter 21
