Seaside Rock Resource Book
Seaside Rock is a five-day children's holiday club written by Dave and published by Scripture Union in 2003. It is packed with creative teaching, games, songs, prayers and craft ideas, along with a drama script for each day. Seaside Rock provides a mixture of small group activity and presentation from the front. The material includes two family services - one designed to launch a holiday club and the other to round it off. Alternatively, these could be used to extend the programme to seven days.
Seaside Rock is written for use with children between the ages of five and eleven, and is designed to be used in Dave's fast moving, creative and fun style. The material has a strong teaching element to it.
The book includes a cover CD, also by Dave, which includes Full and Backing track versions of the Seaside Rock Theme Song, Memory Verse Songs and Memory Verse Medley.
